Dog Bear or Malayan Sun Bear

体型最小的熊类,以胸前金黄色的新月形斑纹而闻名。
Bears

The smallest bear species, famous for the golden crest on its chest.

The Malayan sun bear is the smallest bear species, featuring a sleek, water-repellent black coat. They are best known for the distinct orange-yellow, crescent-shaped marking on their chest, which resembles a rising sun. These bears possess exceptionally long, curved claws and hairless soles that provide excellent grip for climbing high into the forest canopy. They also have a remarkably long tongue, extending up to ten inches, perfectly evolved for extracting honey and insects from deep within tree trunks. Sun bears primarily inhabit the dense, tropical rainforests of Southeast Asia. Due to their heavily forested environment, they spend a significant amount of time foraging and sleeping high up in the trees.
